• Once the delivery note has been signed, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

• If your product is found to be defective or faulty under warranty terms, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products on Delivery

• If you notice any damage or defects before signing the delivery note, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

• We will arrange for a replacement or further action.
